BC Ferries, operates a regular scheduled ferry service to Saturna Island from Tsawwassen on the Mainland and Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island.
Saturna is also accessible by Chartered and regularly scheduled Float Plane service, and by water taxi. Private boats can tie up at the Government Wharf next to the BC Ferries Dock. |

Taking its cue from the 100-Mile Diet, in 2007 a group of enthusiastic gardeners, and hunters and gatherers of local fresh foods, established a food network on Saturna Island.
Saturna General Store
Stocks groceries, an extensive selection of organic and ethnic foods, fresh produce, wine, beer, spirits, hardware, garden supplies, and locally made Haggis Farm bakery goods. Excellent prices.
