We received the following letter from a client this week. We always love to hear from happy clients.
Dear Marilyn and Ian,
We would like to express our gratitude for guiding us through the various phases of purchasing our home. We could not have done it without your professional expertise. The process was stressful for both of us but we always felt the relaxing calm after talking and meeting you. Your advice greatly helped us make a very good decision.
We will always be proud to say that we were very fortunate to work with the Marilyn & Ian team.
Marilyn and Ian, we appreciate your hard work. Thank you very much again.

World War I: This poem was written by Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae, MD, on May 3, 1915, the day after his close friend was killed by a German shell. He was sitting at the back of an ambulance near the Yser Canal, just a few hundred yards north of Ypres. The poem describes the scene around him.
I received an email this week from Steve Seltzer of the Canadian College of Performing Arts.
The college is less than two weeks away from the performance of “Rabbit Hole” by Company C (as we’ve mentioned previously). They are also a month away from the Sneak Preview of Company C’s final show!
A sneak preview is an opportunity for the community to sample an upcoming performance and speak with the directors and performers at the College’s home in Oak Bay. This year, Investors Group is sponsoring the previews and the College would like to fill the performance hall. That means that they will be launching a massive flier campaign throughout Oak Bay and in parts of downtown Victoria.
If you are interested in coming to the Sneak Preview, please let Steve know at (250) 595-9970. It will be held December 3 at 10:30am.
